A Conviction is Not the End

I thoroughly review all of the evidence and the transcripts from your first trial and identify any errors that could have impacted the outcome of your case. Once I have completed my review and determined that there was an error in your trial that negatively impacted you, I will prepare a written brief to submit to the court.

Often, people don't understand that the vast majority of appeals are won or lost on the strength of the brief. Only a small percentage of appeals cases require oral arguments.
